I'm Noah Staitman – an operator who builds systems that scale.
Currently: Transforming a SaaS limited by small TAM into a multi-product ecosystem, advising an AI platform, and building community.
Always learning. Always building. Available for advisory work with founders navigating transformations.

Twenty-five years, three scaling journeys, two successful exits. I don't guess what comes next; I've lived it three times.
Constructing the Revenue Engine
Joined early stage ($10k/mo). The challenge wasn't just selling; it was building the machine that allowed sales to happen without the wheels falling off. Built the affiliate program that drove 200% production increases.
A decent process scales; a rockstar individual contributor doesn't. Resilience comes from the machine, not the operator.
Unit economics are the speed limit. You can't scale past your ability to acquire customers profitably (Reduced CAC 80%).
Scaling to Liquidity, Rinse & Repeat
Led the sprint to acquisition by Experian. Then did it again: Built the UK market from scratch ($0 → $2.6M in 6 months) inside the acquired org. Pioneered early AI/ML adoption (2008) to fix conversion leaks human intuition missed.
The most dangerous time for a company is when it's winning but doesn't know why. Revenue covers a lot of operational sins.
Real value is captured post-acquisition. I didn't just rest and vest; I built a new $2.6M revenue stream from scratch inside Experian.
The Turnaround & Operational Leverage
Full operational turnaround. Eliminated bad debt (97% below avg), reduced legal spend by 80%, and built the infrastructure to run two companies simultaneously (building Avenu).
True leverage is when the system runs without you. I built infrastructure so robust I could run the company in 10 hours/week.
Clear constraints don't slow teams down; ambiguity does. We tripled revenue in 18 months by simplifying decision-making, not working harder.
What I Believe About Operations
The best operators don't have all the answers. They create environments where the people closest to the problems can solve them without asking permission.
I build companies where process enables velocity instead of killing it, where teams follow clear strategy rather than chaotic priorities, and where culture grows from what people already value.
